Apartments  

Villa Collecimino has three separate self contained apartments with private entrances: Apt 1 sleeps 4, Apt. 2 sleeps 4/6 and Apt. 3 sleeps 2/4. The apartments can be rented separately or as a whole villa.

Our largest apartment (162 sq.m + terraces) occupies the whole of the ground floor of the villa and is completely self-contained with its own private external entrance. Consisting of 1 double bedroom with terrace with panoramic mountain views, and 1 twin bedroom with terrace with panoramic mountain views, 1 bathroom + w.c, 1 shower room + w.c, kitchen with terrace, dining room, reception room with terrace, sleeping 4 persons.  (Access to this apartment is at ground floor level)

Guests are also welcome to use the garden and grounds surrounding the property, and of course, the Scandinavian Plunge Pool (open mid/end May - mid September).

Amenities/facilities provided include:

Towels and linen are all included.

Kitchen: 4 ring gas hob, single gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board, range of crockery, cutlery, pans, etc.,

Lounge/dining room: satellite and local tv, sound system, DVD player, books, games, etc.

Master bedroom: Queen size double bed (with individual mattresses), floor standing fan.

2nd bedroom: 2 single beds, floor standing fan.

Family bathroom: Fully tiled with bath, over bath shower, w.c., bidet, basin and large vanity unit.

Shower room: Fully tiled with shower cubicle, w.c., laundry sink and vanity unit.

Terraces: tables, chairs and 2 loungers.

Garden:shared Scandinavian Plunge Pool, BBQ.

Cot and high chair available on request.

We supply a handbook giving lots of local information: restaurants, shops, walks, local attractions,etc.       Central heating available - fuel charged at cost (metered).

30% deposit required at the time of booking - by cheque, credit/debit card, or bank transfer
Final balance due 8 weeks before arrival at the property.  NB. Changeover day is usually Saturday but is flexible. Prices include all bills except central heating which is charged at cost (metered). A breakage deposit of £200 (€200) is required on entering the property and is returned on day of departure.

We have a 'No smoking' policy at Villa Collecimino - we would ask guests not to smoke inside the apartments, but just in the garden or on the terraces.
