Apartments  

Villa Collecimino has three separate self-contained apartments with private entrances: Apt 1 sleeps 4, Apt. 2 sleeps 4/6 and Apt. 3 sleeps 2/4. The apartments can be rented separately or as a whole villa.

* We offer 10% off the higher priced apartment, if two or more apartments are rented together - ideal for a large group/extended family booking.

Our most popular apartment (132 sq.m + terraces) due to its elevated position on the top floor of the villa has terraces on all 4 sides giving 360 degree views of the Maiella and Gran Sasso mountain ranges, the Adriatic sea and numerous medieval hilltop towns. It is completely self-contained with its own private external entrance. Consisting of 1 double bedroom with terrace with panoramic mountain views, 1 twin bedroom with terrace with panoramic mountain views, 1 bathroom + w.c, 1 shower room + w.c, kitchen/dining room with terrace with mountain views, reception room with terrace with panoramic views of the Adriatic sea and countryside, sleeping 4 persons (+ 2 on comfortable sofa beds in the reception room if required).      (Access to this apartment is via an external spiral staircase)

Guests are also welcome to use the garden and grounds surrounding the property, and of course the Scandinavian Plunge Pool.

Amenities/facilities provided include:
Towels and linen are all included.

Kitchen: 4 ring gas hob, single gas oven, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board, range of crockery, cutlery, pans, etc.

Lounge: 2 sofa beds, satellite and local tv, sound system, books, games and jigsaw puzzles for children.

Master bedroom: Queen size double bed, floor standing fan.

2nd bedroom: 2 single beds, floor standing fan.

Family bathroom: Fully tiled with bath, over bath shower, w.c., bidet, basin and vanity unit.

Shower room: Fully tiled with shower cubicle, w.c., basin, laundry sink and washing machine.

Terraces: Terraces on all 4 sides with tables, chairs and 2 loungers.

Garden:shared Scandinavian Plunge Pool, BBQ.

Cot and high chair available on request.

We supply a handbook giving lots of local information: restaurants, shops, walks, local attractions,etc.       Central heating available - fuel charged at cost (metered).

30% deposit required at the time of booking - by cheque, credit/debit card, or bank transfer
Final balance due 8 weeks before arrival at the property.  NB. Changeover day is usually Saturday but is flexible. Prices include all bills except central heating which is charged at cost (metered). A breakage deposit of £200 (€300) is required on entering the property and is returned on day of departure.
We have a 'No smoking' policy at Villa Collecimino - we would ask guests not to smoke inside the apartments, but just in the garden or on the terraces.
