Apartments
Villa Collecimino has three separate self-contained apartments with private entrances: Apt 1 sleeps 4, Apt. 2 sleeps 4/6 and Apt. 3 sleeps 2/4. The apartments can be rented separately or as a whole villa.

This apartment (ideal for a romantic break) occupies the ground floor annex (approx. 86 sq.m) of the villa and is completely self-contained with its own private external entrance and patio area. Consisting of a large bedroom (with double/twin beds) large living room/kitchen with patio with spectacular mountain views; shower room, sleeping 2 persons (+ 2 on comfortable sofa beds in the living room, if required). There are also mountain views from every window inside the apartment.
(Access to this apartment is via a stone staircase on one side or at ground floor level on the other side).
Guests are also welcome to use the garden and grounds surrounding the property, and, of course, the Scandinavian Plunge Pool.

Amenities/facilities provided include:
Towels and linen are all included.
Kitchen:4 ring gas hob, single gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, iron/ironing board, range of cutlery, crockery, pans, etc.
Living area: 2 sofa beds, satellite & local tv, sound system, books, games and jigsaw puzzles for children.
Bedroom: double/twin beds (double bed can be separated to provide flexible sleeping arrangements),floor standing fan.
Shower room: Fully tiled, shower cubicle, basin, w.c., bidet, washing machine, heated towel rail.
Patio: Table & chairs, 2 loungers.
Garden: Shared Scandinavian Plunge Pool, BBQ.
Cot and high chair available on request.

30% deposit required at the time of booking - by cheque, credit/debit card, or bank transfer
Final balance due 8 weeks before arrival at the property. NB. Changeover day is usually Saturday but is flexible. Prices include all bills except central heating which is charged at cost (metered). A breakage deposit of £200 (€300) is required on entering the property and is returned on day of departure.
We have a 'No smoking' policy at Villa Collecimino - we would ask guests not to smoke inside the apartments, but just in the garden or on the terraces.
